Hi there & Happy New Year!
Yeah, I know it's been awhile... I've been going through alot of personal changes and haven't had the time to keep this thing updated. Here's been what's up.
We have another new original called "Your Yesterday Is Gone" and are working on yet another one. This coming weekend we plan on coming up with the list of cover tunes we'll play, if you have any GOOD ideas let us know... Anyway, we've booked a gig in February to give us some kind of goal (we really miss the stage) so be looking out for that and our new way of doing things. You can find the details on the News & Schedule page. That's it for now, catch ya later!

Lewis Bowl - We gave up our gig to, but ended up playing on the tail end of, the Joe Is A Punk.com Fest. We played a heavy 2-1/2 hour set that had heads bobbin' and booties shakin'.

Awesome Harley Nights - Very cooool..... lots of nervous energy.
My buds Bill from Pueblo CO. & Jim from Albany NY. came in for the gig and a long overdue reunion. We were in the Army together stationed in Germany about 15 years ago. Anyway, the rain stopped as we started to play to the masses who seemed to be enjoying themselves and the music. Our set was one of the best we'd played to date. Afterwards we were told to wait backstage, then Grand Funk Railroad came out of the Convention Center and hung out & talked with us for about 10 minutes. We took a few pictures with them, then they took the stage.  We watched from backstage which was pretty cool.....
Funny... never thought I'd run into Bruce Kulick coming out of a Port-o-potty!
This was a night that will forever remain in our memories....

Ickey Nickel - Rivercade Battle of the Bands - Well, we came out high on the feeling of last week's performance and was to take the stage after a very good 80's band out of Omaha called "The Doghouse". They played some rock that I hadn't heard in ages or heard played by any other cover bands and did an excellent job. Meanwhile we watched, rocked out, and drank 2 pitchers a piece... well... some of us did.  After they were done we got up, sped & stumbled our way through our very sloppy set & won for "musicianship & stage presence".
07/15/04
Rivercade Battle of the Bands Finals - Anderson Dance Pavillion - Sioux City Riverfront -
We came, we unleashed a fiery kick a** fury, we conquered. We left with... bragging rights.

The Crosstown Cafe - Back at the old stompin' grounds for the 1st time in 2 years & also the 1st time since we got back together last year that we played on our own stage set,
ya know, backdrops - lights - props & stuff...  Anyway, Friday night was a good night for jammin'. Everybody was a bit tired from the grind, but it was good, not a bad crowd. Saturday night is when all the people came out, we must have had the hotspot that night because the place was packed! Great crowd & an excellent night of jammin'! We were on!!
If you missed it, you missed one hell of a party!!! Thanks to all who came out, you made the night a blast!  It was just like old times... & we'll be back for more....
10/30/04
Ickey Nickel - Halloween Party - What a blast this was! On stage was Ross as Peter Criss, Bruce as Neo "The One" from The Matrix, Rick as "The Crypt Master", and Velvet Purple Pimp "Daddy Bunk". It was wall to wall fun being had by all!  Congrats going out to the costume contest 1st place winner "Genie Dude" (quite pretty he was), and 2nd place winners Wayne & Garth (party time, excellent!). With daylight savings time ending we got in some extra party time, as well. Once again, thanks to all of you sexy freaks who came out!
We really need to do this again sometime...
